Details are still a bit sketchy over the exact nature of the deal between YouTube (owned by Google) and the Performing Rights Society (PRS) but it is somewhere in the the multi-million pound region and will last until 2012. The deal required around 6 months of negotiations but is believed to be the best solution for all parties.
