The Download Festival is over for another year. With arguably the most impressive lineup to date, this year’s festival was a pounding success (although I’m having to rely on testimonies for this since I couldn’t go). I watched the webcasts and listened to Rock Radio and pined (like that little Jack Russell in the HMV logo). Seriously, it brought a lump to my throat and a pain in my back (in sympathy to those roughing it in the campsites). Maybe next year, eh? Anyway, to all those metal and rock heads who went this year, hope you all had an awesome time and I’m hoping to catch you all at the next one.
