Yet more Slash news: first track off new album, By the Sword – listen on Spinner – link here

By the Sword is the first song to be released as a single from the highly anticipated solo album. This track features Andre Stockdale on vocals and is in humble opinion a very strong track. Slash’s playing is as tight as it can be and he makes great use of his Wah pedal on the solos. Andrew Stockdale’s voice is tremendous. Remember, you can get your copy of Slash’s album amonth earlier than everyone else (although copies are limited) with the Classic Rock Magazine Slash Special coming out in April.
